Delivery
How Mandarin Delivery Works
Four steps, one ID check, and a local driver — not a courier network guessing at your address.
- Step 01
Browse & Add to Cart
Hit our online shop and load up on disposables, juice, glass, wraps, pouches, cigars, hookah, or smoking accessories.
- Step 02
Checkout Securely
Pay through our secure delivery partner. Your total, fees, and delivery window are all confirmed up front.
- Step 03
Upload ID (21+ Required)
Verify your age with a valid government-issued photo ID. No ID, no order — that part isn't flexible.
- Step 04
Fast Local Delivery
A local driver brings it to your door, checks your ID on arrival, and you're done. Same day, most orders.
Local Guidelines
Responsible Delivery in Mandarin
A few clear standards help us serve adult customers responsibly.
Adult ID Required
Delivery in Mandarin is for adults age 21 or older. The person named on the order must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the door.
Responsible Handoff
Mandarin deliveries can involve a longer route, but age and identity checks are never skipped to speed up a handoff. The named adult customer must be present, and gated-address access must be arranged before arrival.
Delivery Limits
Product selection and delivery eligibility in Mandarin may vary. We may decline or cancel an order when age, identity, access, or a lawful handoff cannot be confirmed.
