These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Runtzy Smoke Shop Inc. (“Runtzy Smoke Shop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, purchasing products in our store at 9390 Arlington Expy, Jacksonville, FL 32225, or placing an order through our third-party online ordering platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our products.

This website and all products sold by Runtzy Smoke Shop are intended solely for adults 21 years of age or older. Age verification is required before entering this website, at checkout for all online orders, and again at the time of delivery or in-store purchase. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required.

Misrepresenting your age to obtain tobacco, vape, or nicotine products is unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel any order, and report attempted underage purchases to the appropriate authorities. Orders that cannot be age-verified at the door will be returned to the store and may be subject to applicable fees charged by the ordering platform.

We sell tobacco products, vaping devices and e-liquids, nicotine pouches, cigars and cigarillos, hookah and shisha products, glass, wraps and papers, and smoking accessories. All products are sold for lawful use only by adults 21 and over. Product availability, brands, flavors, and inventory vary and may change without notice. Product descriptions on this site are general in nature and are not medical claims or advice.

Online orders are processed by Saucey, an independent third-party ordering and delivery platform. When you place an order through Saucey, your order is subject to Saucey's own terms of service, privacy practices, payment processing, fees, and delivery procedures.

Runtzy Smoke Shop is not responsible for Saucey's terms, account policies, pricing discrepancies between our store and the Saucey storefront, delivery delays, driver conduct, payment processing errors, or any other third-party service failure. Please review Saucey's Terms of Service before ordering.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed in store, on this website, and on the Saucey storefront may differ. Final pricing, taxes, delivery fees, and any service charges are confirmed on Saucey at checkout, and payment for online orders is collected and processed by Saucey, not by Runtzy Smoke Shop. In-store purchases are subject to the prices posted in the store at the time of sale.

Delivery is available only within our published local service area: Jacksonville, Arlington, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Mayport, Orange Park, and Fruit Cove, Florida. See our delivery page for details.

The recipient must be 21 or older and must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery. Deliveries cannot be left unattended, handed to a minor, or handed to anyone who appears intoxicated or is unable to present valid identification. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.

You agree not to:

• attempt to purchase or receive products if you are under 21;
• purchase products on behalf of a person under 21;
• resell or redistribute our products without authorization;
• use our products or this website for any unlawful purpose;
• scrape, copy, mirror, reverse engineer, or reproduce any portion of this website, its content, or its design.

All content on this website — including the Runtzy Smoke Shop name, logo, wordmark, text, copy, graphics, layout, and overall design — is the property of Runtzy Smoke Shop Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of it may be copied, reproduced, republished, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

This website and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no warranties regarding third-party products, manufacturers, or platforms, including Saucey.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida and federal law, Runtzy Smoke Shop Inc., its owners, and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, our products, or any third-party service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or our products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Jacksonville, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Updates take effect when posted, and the effective date above will be revised. Your continued use of this website or purchase of our products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
